| MARTHA ROSAS JOINS NUANCE IN ROLE AS EUROPEAN CATEGORY DIRECTOR - SPECIALTY |

| Zurich, January 27, 2010 – The Nuance Group is pleased to announce that Martha Rosas will be joining its European Region in the function of European Category Director - Specialty with effect from February 1, 2010. Martha joins the company from Duty Free Americas, based in Hong Kong, where she has held the position of Commercial and Business Development Director Asia since 2007. |

Previous to her experience in Asia Martha spent seven years in the USA as the International Travel Retail Manager for the Luxottica Group where she was responsible for establishing and successfully managing the global travel retail division. In her early career she spent time with the Weitnauer Group of Companies in the USA and Mexico where she held roles of Purchasing Manager, Commercial Director and Regional Product Category Manager.
Andrea Belardini, CEO Europe, The Nuance Group, said: “I view Martha’s experience in concession based retail environments and global luxury brand supplier relationships, as well as her team work capabilities, as a tremendous addition to the Nuance team. Martha will be pivotal in bringing our European specialty retail business to a new level.”
In her new function, Martha Rosas will be directly reporting into Andrea Belardini. Stephan Salvisberg, who has managed the European specialty business up to now, will be taking over the overall responsibility of The Nuance Group’s important Zurich operation.
