| MELBOURNE AIRPORT AWARDS DUTY FREE CONCESSION TO THE NUANCE GROUP – NEW DEPARTURES STORE CENTREPIECE OF EIGHT-YEAR CONTRACT |

| Melbourne and Zurich, September 30, 2009 - Melbourne Airport today announced the award of its duty free concession to The Nuance Group, operating as F1RST Tax and Duty Free. The concession runs for eight years from November 2010 and will enable the continued improvement and expansion of the tax and duty free retail offer for international travellers at Melbourne Airport. The new concession will include a new, expanded walkthrough Departures store of more than 2,000 square metres (to open in late 2010) and improvements to Arrivals and Landside stores. |

Nuance is the incumbent operator and has held the concession at Melbourne Airport since 1994.
Airport CEO Chris Woodruff commented: “We are very pleased to be continuing our partnership with The Nuance Group.
