| NUANCE SELECTED AS THE NEW DUTY-FREE OPERATOR AT GLASGOW PRESTWICK AIRPORT |

| Zurich, December 20, 2005 –Infratil Airports Europe Ltd. (IAEL) has appointed The Nuance Group as the new Tax and Duty-Free operator at Glasgow Prestwick, Scotland’s fastest growing airport. The contract commences from February 2006 and covers a seven-year period. |

Nuance will be operating from the existing shop which covers 312 sqm. The offer will comprise the categories of liquor, tobacco, perfumes & cosmetics as well as confectionery, gifts, technology, souvenirs and fashion accessories. The fashion offer will primarily feature sunglasses and a choice of Bijoux Terner products.
The partners have agreed on an enhancement of the existing offer during the third year of the contract.
Nuance has also been offered the opportunity to partner with IAEL at their two other airport locations – at Kent International and Lubeck in Germany.
