Given our recent business results and the responses we get from our customers, we're really quite pleased with the way The Nuance Group has developed over the last few years. Not that we intend to rest on our laurels: we know that, like any other business, we need to constantly reappraise our product, continually develop it further and consistently realign it to changed and changing customer wishes and needs.
That, of course, calls on all our expertise and experience in the travel retail sector. It's an experience that goes back some 90-odd years, and an expertise which is based on a powerful blend of local knowledge and central business support. But it's an expertise, too, that's born of a close collaboration with our top-quality partners - our manufacturers, our suppliers, our airport operators and our customers themselves.
